Mindfulness: How to connect with your inner peace and wellbeing

Do you often find yourself lost in thought, worrying about the past or anxious about what the future holds? Would you love to experience more inner peace and wellbeing, and learn how to be more present for your loved ones? If so, this series is for you.

Join me for three mindfulness masterclasses:

  • Session 1: The hidden truth: Where does your inner peace and wellbeing lie? Tuesday 19 January.

  • Session 2: The dilemma: If it’s already within us why don’t we experience it as our natural state? Tuesday 2 February.

  • Session 3: The enlightened path: How to live from a place of inner peace and surrender. Tuesday 16 February.

You can choose to sign up to all three or join whichever appeals. I will be donating all of my profits to Demelza Children’s Hospice and the other 50% will go to Deva Yoga who are hosting the virtual masterclass and who do amazing work in the local community.

Each masterclass will be 60-minutes in length (7.30-8.30pm) with the option to stay for a further 15-minute guided meditation until 8.45pm. We will share a Zoom invite with you ahead of the event and you simply need to follow the link to join.

Our intention is to make these insights available to all, so each session is an investment of just £10, or free if you work for the NHS or are struggling financially due to the pandemic (just email me). However, webinar places are limited so please register ASAP on Deva Yoga’s website (just scroll to find the next Tuesday evening slot) if you would like to book one of the masterclasses, or sign up for the series here.

It doesn’t matter who you are. It doesn’t matter your age, or your circumstances. Everyone has been affected by the events that have played out over the past few weeks. In these times, it’s completely natural to have moments when you find yourself feeling isolated, consumed by worry, or paralysed by fear. However, it’s important that these are transitory states, or you risk feeling overwhelmed.

Mindfulness is the path that allows you to stay present and centred, even when a storm rages around you. Returning to the simplicity of the present moment, and connecting to your inner wellbeing are more important than ever. Therefore, in partnership with Deva Yoga, I will be leading live online mindfulness masterclasses to help give you some restorative time, as well as sharing some practical tools.

Our intention is to make these tools available to all, so each session is an investment of just £7, or free if you work for the NHS or are struggling financially due to the pandemic (just email me). However, webinar places are limited so please register ASAP on Deva Yoga’s website (just scroll to find the next Tuesday evening slot) if you would like to secure your space. if any of the following statements resonate, then these masterclasses are designed for you:

  • You’re increasingly suffering from stress or anxiety, or struggling to find lasting peace of mind and contentment

  • You’re sometimes feeling isolated and would love to be part of a wellbeing community

  • You’ve heard about mindfulness and are keen to understand what it is and how you can apply it at this challenging time

  • You're already practicing mindfulness and/or meditation, maybe through apps such as Head Space, but find it hard to stay in the moment when there is so much uncertainty

  • You’re looking for insights and inspiration to take your current understanding and practice to a deeper level.

Each masterclass will be 75-minutes in length (8.00-9.15pm) and will include a guided meditation, insights and practical tools, all from the comfort of your home. We will share a Zoom invite with you ahead of the event and you simply need to follow the link to join.
